RETURN
Returns are allowed!
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed after received your product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact our team prior to make your return. There are some situations where only a partial refund is granted: (where applicable)
* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or that has some missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
REFUND
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
LATE & MISSING
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first. We remind you that it takes between 5 and 7 working days for it to appear on your bank statement. Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
PROMOTION/SALES ITEM
Only items with regular prices can be refunded. Unfortunately, reduced items are not refundable.
RETURNS & SHIPPING
The return is not free, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable as are the initial delivery charges. If you receive a refund, the initial delivery charge will be deducted from it.
Depending on where your location & address, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
We will assist and guide in creation of the label and shipping of the item if needed.
SIZE EXCHANGE
Size exchange is allowed for ordered item(s) provided the item(s) are not in use, the other size is in stock and the tags are still attached.
The size exchange request can only be made within 7 days of the delivery date and subject to availability.
The reason for the exchange and the desired size must be indicated when contacting our customer service.
We will be responsible for all further shipping costs (return and reshipment) if the mistake made by us and the return address will be provided after the team confirms the exchange.

International returns are not accepted due to the cost of shipping. If there is an error we can arrange a partial refund scenario,
